Employee Assistance
This is our ultimate programme that enables employers fully support their employees. Any employer that takes up this programme is viewed as empathetic, caring and employee-centred. We design this programme as a full circle employee support programme. This is a programme organisation leaders should be embracing to give them a humanistic face.
As a coaching and motivating entity, it is clear to us that sometimes individuals have deeply rooted psychosocial issues that require counselling or therapy.
Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) targets organisations that would like a comprehensive 360 total solution that supports the entire eco-system of the individual employees. This total solution covers all aspects as they relate to the individual’s personal development. The EAP is the meeting point that supports employees through interventions like:
Coaching as part of the base.
Assessments: Our starting point with the EAP is understanding the unique needs of our clients. As signatories to the global World Bank IFC Principles, we appreciate the dynamics of serving our clients with a proper understanding of their unique needs.
Career transition – how does an individual navigate career transition within an organisation. How does one grow. How does one deal with transitioning from one role into another? Operational to manager? Manager to a leader? Horizontal versus vertical transitions? And ultimately, what happens when the retirement age threatens? At Imagine Me Africa we believe there is no such thing as retirement, it is in one discovering who they are that they position themselves for meaningful work in the afternoon and evening of their years.
Personal finance – Employees work and receive month-on-month paychecks, how can employees make this money grow? We believe in equipping employees with personal finance stewardship principles, and as they practice these, they will see opportunities that will enable them adopt meaningful money behaviours that will serve them into the future.
Counselling: Counselling is an intervention that underpins situations where sometimes individuals wonder why they may be slowing down, procrastinate, stressed, overwhelmed, unfulfilled. Understanding that sometimes there are psychosocial issues which require specialised support, we work with a bench of counsellors and therapists that enable employees deal with their deep issues and offer stability. Depending on how organisations structure their interventions, this intervention is extended to dependents as well. Key to note here is that at the core of our counselling is a focus on destigmatizing counselling. Everyone along their journey requires counselling and guidance in order to make effective and informed decisions.
Training – we have an array of training programmes, and within the EAP, what informs what training programmes we design are the thematic elements of our assessments. We cover various thematic offerings using our pool of Subject Matter Expert consultants to tackle the varied aspects our clients may have.
